Children of Henry Gamer, brother of Katherine (Gamer) Burdick. The names of the children are unknown. In fact, not much is known about Henry.

Note on the back: “Gerry & Linda” Gerry is a daughter of Ann (Gamer) Wood, sister of Kate (Gamer) Burdick. At the age of 7, in 1944, I thought Gerry was the most beautiful woman in the world.

Linda at the age of 28 months.

Ansel Burdick (1884-1964), Katherine (Gamer) Burdick (1890-1973) The occasion is the wedding of granddaughter Patricia Thom and Pete Petros, Feb. 1958.

Granddad Ansel with Gary, Jackie, and Tim Burdick. Ansel is the son of Seth and grandson of Abram Wesley.

 Springfield, OR, circa 1946

Ansel Burdick is on the extreme rt. Next to him is Clara “Toots” (Gamer) Sorenson. Next to her is Ansel’s wife, Katherine Burdick, sister of Clara. Third from right in back is Soren Christian Sorenson, husband of Clara.

This is believed to be one of five steam-powered threshing machines owned by Seth Burdick. The man on the landing of the steam engine could well be Seth, who is the son of Abram Wesley Burdick, and grandson of Reed Burdick (1243 on page 503 of Nellie Johnson’s book).

Another rig owned by Seth Burdick. The caption reads, “Buster on the water tank, Al Burdick engineer.” Al is Alvin Burdick, son of Seth. Buster is a mystery. Chuckie Blaney found the photo. **

This vivacious coquette is believed to be Grace Burdick, daughter of Kate (Gamer) and Ansel Burdick. Circa 1927.
